Vaxel LLC Return and Refund Policy

Please read carefully and note that we charge a 15% restocking fee.

At Vaxel LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy outlined below will guide you through the process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, and in the original sealed packaging. 

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at vaxelapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date to request a return shipping label.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
  4. Please note, the customer will have to pay for their own shipping label.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all parts and accessories.
  • Securely attach the return shipping label on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided. Vaxel LLC is not required to refund if the package is lost, damaged, or stained during the return.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping upon returning items. A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Items without original tags and labels.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
