how long does shipping take?
To minimize fast fashion and ensure every piece passes our quality checks, our products are printed to order. That means fulfillment takes a little longer than big-box stores. Total fulfillment runs 7–14 business days depending on how busy we are, and we always prioritize getting your order out as quickly as we can!
how do i track my order
Once your order ships, we'll send you a fulfillment email with your tracking link. This usually goes out a few days after you place your order. Your original order confirmation email also includes an estimated delivery timeline. If you don't see an email, reach out!
what material are your shirts made of?
Our shirts are made from 200GSM 100% cotton. They're relaxed, boxy and drop-shoulder but without the annoying extra length you get on most tees. Stretchy collar and double-stitched seams.
Do the designs crack or peel?
No! Every graphic is printed using DTG, so the ink saturates into the fibers. None of that cheap, plasticky feel you get with lower-quality prints.
what if i have a problem with my order?
If something's wrong with your order, please reach out, we'd genuinely love to make it right. As for returns and exchanges: because we're a small business and can't resell worn or opened items, we can only accept returns for shirts in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the buyer, and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
